gavel 1. Services Provided

HexWeb provides custom website design, web development, SEO & Google ranking management, e-commerce development, and ongoing technical website maintenance. Project scope, timelines, and deliverables are specified in individual client project proposals.

verified_user 2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment of all agreed invoice fees, final website design code, graphics, and content created specifically for the client are fully transferred to the client. HexWeb retains the right to display completed client projects in our agency portfolio showcase unless a written Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed prior to project commencement.

payments 3. Payments & Billing

• A non-refundable advance deposit (typically 50%) is required prior to commencing project design or code work.
• Final balance payments are due upon project approval and before transferring live domain hosting access or source code files.
• Monthly SEO retainer subscriptions are billed in advance on the 1st of each calendar month.

assignment_turned_in 4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary branding assets (logos, images, text content, hosting access) in a timely manner. Delays in receiving required client materials may extend project delivery schedules accordingly.

balance 5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ludhiana, Punjab, India. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ludhiana.
